Return & Exchange Policy

• All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any merchandise.

• In rare and special circumstances, a return may be approved at our sole discretion. In such cases:

  • A 30% restocking fee will apply.

  • Freight and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Any approved return must be in its original condition and packaging.

Order Pickup Requirements

For the protection of our customers, the following are required at the time of pickup:

• A valid government-issued photo ID.

• The original credit card used at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to withhold release of merchandise if these requirements are not met.
